Start by filling the moka pot with filtered water up to the valve. For a regular- sized moka pot, this will be around 260 ml of water.
It’s essential to use the appropriate grind size for the Moka pot. (Ask us what grind size you need.)
Add the ground coffee to the filter basket until it’s level with the rim (don’t press it down, just leave it as is)
Close the Moka pot and place it on the stove over medium heat.
Leave the lid open and wait for the coffee to start coming out. When the coffee reaches the halfway point and starts to splutter, close the lid and let it brew for a few more seconds before turning off the heat
