COLD BREW
Cold brew is not a type of coffee itself. It is a brewing method that only uses cold water and time to extract the flavors of the coffee. At no point is heat applied: we do not make hot coffee and then cool it down.
We are talking about making coffee without heating it from start to finish. In reality, what we are doing is a cold infusion of coffee, meaning we are steeping the coffee.
STEP 1
Add 1-2 teaspoons of already ground coffee per cup to your French press. It is very important to use the appropriate grind size for your French press.
STEP 2
Fill with the appropriate amount of water.
STEP 3
Stir, cover and let it steep in the fridge for about 12 hours.
STEP 4
Once the appropriate time has passed, push/filter the coffee grounds to the bottom of the press and serve carefully.
Storage: Once the coffee package is opened, store it in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. For optimal flavor, it is recommended to grind the coffee just before brewing. To obtain optimal flavor, it is advisable to grind the coffee just before preparing it.
